Graphic Novels vs Coventional novels.

Im sure i have read a graphic novel before, its been awhile since ive picked up a book and read tho, so i dont really remember the difference because i only read books given to me by teachers and when i do actually find something to read its not a graphic novel

When didnt i fit in.

Yeah there was a time when i felt like i didnt fit in. When i transferred to the hopkins school district which was predominately white from minneapolis which was mostly black. I felt like i was the only one of my kind in that elementary school. And no it never changed lol

Respond to the first chapter of book.

I think the first chapter was very interesting and makes me wanna get more involved in the book. I don't have any special questions towards the book. Just typical, like what problems will the main character goes through and how will the main character evolve throughout the book

Name and identity

I don't think it does at all, i think that it all comes down to the personality. thats like saying the big mac, nasty ass cheeseburger, that wont mean its a nasty burger. THEY ARE DELICIOUS

What is colonialism

POST- Colonialism is stories about people being colonized or how a group reacts to being colonized. Colonialism is the establishment, maintenance, acquisition and expansion of colonies in one territory by people from another territory. I dont know what a colonialist ideology is.

The phrase "double consciousness"

To me it seems like it means you have split personalities or something. Like a lot of people in your head talking to you.
